The book does a decent job explaining postures, breathing and exercises, but seems to have a lot of filler. Only 97 pages are explanation and most of them are pictures|About the Author|Yun has degrees both from Yunnan University and the Harbin Foreign Language Institute. She is a member of the prestigious Chinese Ch'i Kung Scientific Academy.
